Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for "change of mind" on adult toys.
Please read our sizing information carefully as we cannot exchange products that are too big or too small if the size information is given.

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return items, provided the return has been pre-approved by our customer service team. Products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.
For faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 15 days of the purchase with proof of the claim, and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with store credit or refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Because of the nature of the products, we do not offer satisfaction guarantee on our products, however our sexperts are fully confident that our handpicked collections will give you the best experience.
If you decide to cancel your order, please let our support team know as soon as you can. We will fully refund delivery cost if the order has not be dispatched. Please also be aware that a 10% cancellation fee applies to the product(s) purchased for each order cancelled.
